I am aware that the mushroom growing kits are designed to grow many species of
mushrooms and that I take FULL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY for my own actions, &
those associated with me, in regards to these mushrooms and growing kits, or any
part thereof. Further, any legal suits, actions, or matters are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser & NOT of MSC, or any
associates of MSC. These spore specimens are for
COLLECTION/EDUCATIONAL and RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. I understand that any other

- Has a high potential for abuse. Has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
- A lack of accepted safety for use of the drug under medical supervision.
Because these two substances are specifically named as illegal to possess,
fresh or dried psilocybin mushrooms are also illegal to possess. Because spores
contain no psilocybin or psilocin, they are legal to sell and possess in all
states except California. But in most states, it is illegal to cultivate or propagate
spores into mycelium since mycelium generally contains both psilocybin
and psilocin.

As of July 18, 2005, fresh psilocybin mushrooms are now also controlled.
